However, due to the nature of our services, we have a strict "No Refund" policy in place, and we want to make it clear to all our clients.

Once services have been rendered or products have been administered, we do not offer refunds. This policy is in effect for the following reasons:

1. **Customized Services:** Our IV hydration services are tailored to individual needs, making it impossible to resell or reuse any administered treatment.

2. **Health and Safety:** We prioritize the health and safety of our clients. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and prevent cross-contamination, all products are disposed of after a single use.

3. **Professional Expertise:** Our team of qualified healthcare professionals ensures the best care and treatment for each client, and the cost is associated with their expertise and service.

4. **Appointment Scheduling:** We reserve specific appointment times for our clients, which may limit our capacity to serve other clients during those times. No-shows or cancellations also result in lost business opportunities.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage our clients to communicate with us in advance to reschedule appointments when necessary. While we do not offer refunds, we are always willing to work with you to find a suitable alternative, such as rescheduling your appointment. Cancelled appoints are subject to a fee.
